I think I am starting to get them now. They are infrequent, but still scare me as I know now that the day is getting near.....

Don't worry, they are completly normal and healthy. They are just helping your body to prepare for the big day. Some of us have been having them for a while. I have been since about 20 weeks. It's so exciting to know that your baby will be here soon!

Yeah, have been for a few weeks now. Once or twice they've been uncomfortable enough to stop me in my tracks.

I've been getting them for a long time, since late in my first trimester. They of course feel a lot more powerful now, but still painless, it's just your uterus's way of exercising and getting ready for the big day! I also get them when DS nurses, especially if he goes at it for a while.

Been having them since about 20 weeks or so.. don't really remember. But, more frequently now. Even had a few that felt like menstrual cramps! I'm hoping this means my uterus is getting lots of practice and I'll get a nice easy labor? please?

Some days, like yesterday I had a ton...even some painful ones...I actually worried and drank a ton of water and lay down for awhile. That is new, but I've definatley been having BH since early in second trimester.

Just a few if I wear myself out too much. They'll start when I'm sitting on the couch in the evening. It freaks me out, only because DD3 was so early, but I haven't had NEARLY as many as I had with her, nor have they been anywhere near as intense.

I'm actually looking forward to "real" labor (about 7-10 weeks from now...you hear me in there?!) as it's such an adrenaline rush. Seriously, I felt like SuperWoman after I delivered Samantha. That's what a 33 hour labor with do for ya!

This past week I've been hit hard with BH contractions. Much stronger, longer and more regular than previously. They're really wearing me out actually, gear up a lot in the evenings, about 6 an hour, and won't back off until I actually lay completely down, not just sit, lol. I'd be worried maybe but they're not painful exactly, just leaving me tired and out of breath, and I'm not sensing any cervical changes, so I guess it's just another one of those things to live with. My dd is getting frustrated with me being a tired crankypants in the evening though. I sure do hope it's strengthing my uterus for a good labor

I've been getting them since around 20 weeks. I'm not worried, I'm use to it. Had them wicked with both boys. I actually smile and love when I get them, I think to myself. Women's bodies, amazing how they work!!

Had my first really strong ones yesterday coming out of the grocery store. They were pretty regular for about 30 min, then they faded again. Last time I didnt' have any I could feel until 38 weeks.
