So this is my seventh time and I still look at myself and can't believe I can get any larger! All I see is belly and fat and a swollen face. It's depressing. I don't want to go anywhere or see anyone. I don't even know why I care. THEN today I was going through old pics and I saw a picture of me minutes after baby number six was born. I looked like total hell! I mean, like I had gotten hit by a bus! Granted, it was a really hard labor. Baby was face up and got caught on my pelvic bone. I was completely dialated five hours before he was finally born but still.....I remember the tiredness and the pain all too well. I thought we were supposed to forget that before the next baby was born Anyway - just wanted to get that out. Thanks for letting me.

*hugs* I wonder how much more my body/I can take too..

we watched the birth video for DS the other day and OMG I was huge... the worst part was that I didn't realize how much unhealthy weight I was gaining during that preg. I was really suprized when a few months after he was born I was still in size 22 pants when I was a size 14 pre-pregnacy

now every time I walk by a mirror I am like trying to figure out if what I am seeing is real... I feel like it is all baby weight but I am sure I have gained some fat too.. and that's ok.. I am more prepared this time hahaha..

anyways I hear ya... trust me when I say you are not as big as I am lol...

oh amy, i hear you! one of the reasons i wouldn't allow a photo of me til a couple of days after the birth! i was still puffy but not as terrible looking or feeling as right after the birth.

i keep looking down and thinking that i can't get any bigger. but i was able to trim my toenails yesterday i know that's the last time before february.

LOL, I hear ya....I feel like I can't possibly get any bigger, yet today I was able to put on my lace-up shoes, so I know I'll get even bigger. The thing that really gets me is that I am not sure whether I should buy a bigger pair of pants/more shirts or not....I really hate to spend the $$$ on clothes that I'll wear just a few weeks, yet I've been wearing the same pair of black pants every day to work for weeks, with an occasional tan pair that don't fit right (belly panel keeps sliding down so I need to be extra careful about the shirt I wear on those days). *SIGH*

Ugh. I found a picture of me back after I had DD, right after I'd lost all the preggo weight... I looked SMOKIN! I got all depressed over it because I feel like a whale now- showed DH and he was like "Wow, these babies are making you FAT!" A+++ sensitivity there, DH I am praying I bounce back fast after these two just like I did with her- I only gained two pounds with her and lost 30 pounds after the birth- this time I've gained 8 pounds, and with twins I'll hopefully lose more. It's my only consolation!

full time, single, slightly soggy WOHM to Juliet (12.31.2004 @ 36w5d) and Willow & Adam (2.22.2007 @ 39w5d, HBAC transfer) and... expecting my little womb warrior Eowyn Susanne in September
