I just figured out last night that baby has dropped and fallen forward some. Also s/he has turned anterior. This has been such a relief for me because I have noticed this week that because of baby's position the pain in my back has changed for the better! I can acually stand now without pain!! I am glad to know my intuition was right and it was baby's position all along that was giving me alot of pain. Ahh! Now if it wouold go away when I lay down! Okay - that is asking too much I am sure! I'll take what I can get!

Yayyy! Relief of pain is always a good thing!! Mine seems to come and go, I get some SP pain and other days it's more in my groin and hips... thankfully it's not bad in my back this time around. I did order a belly bra though so when that comes in we'll see if that helps some of my muscle aches.

I too have noticed a relief in backache and am breathing easier since my baby dropped. However, I do have a lot of pressure below to make up for it. I swear it feels like her little head is trying to pop right out every time I have a BH. I'll take that anyday over heartburn and shortness of breath though.

Happily married, busy mom to a houseful :-)

Expecting again early Oct 2014!
