I am having contractions and everytime I do I feel the worst pain and pressure in my buttock area and in my vaginal area. I have been in pre-term false labor before but NOTHING like this.

Waiting on the doc to call me back...what do you gals think?

I am 36 weeks and 5 days .... so they better NOT stop me or I will cry

If you change positions or drink a bunch of water, do they space out or stop? The pressure could be from baby's position. Are you feeling anything in your back or abdomen??

Could be.. it's hard to say. The only way to tell is if it stays around and increases in frequency. Maybe try changing positions, take a warm shower or bath, and see if that helps. If it's the real thing, those things tend to speed it up or increase the frequency. If it's not the real thing, maybe it'll space out and you can get some relief.

Happily married, busy mom to a houseful :-)

Expecting again early Oct 2014!

In our Bradley class, they said to try: eating, drinking, bathing, napping and walking... and see if things change. If any of these slow them down or stop them - it's probably practice ones.
