So do you all think we will have these babies on the Full Moon Saturday? I also heard that it is a lunar eclipse.

That would be great! Saturday is DH's b-day, he would love to have a daughter for his b-day! At this point labor sounds like a great party!

I am 42 weeks today. I went into labor yesterday and stalled at 5cm around midnight last night. So I am still pregnant but my water didn't break and we are all exhausted (I was contracting for 20 hours) but otherwise healthy- so I will continue to wait. You would think that a 4th delivery wouldn't be so be. I am SO frustrated and tired. I have a friend here so I think I will just take a nap. ARGH!! :

I've been lurking but I'm one of you... 41 wks 3 days. Like a PP, my dh said to me the other day to please NOT have the baby that day because he had something really important at work. I wanted to throw something at him. : Then I wanted to take castor oil yesterday and my mom was telling me to wait until the weekend because she was tired. : Ok, I would like to see how the two of them would cope with being pregnant for 10 months and living the last two months being large and swollen. Since then I have had evil fantasies of UC'ing at home alone, and then calling both dh and mom to come and meeting them at the door with the baby in my arms.

I'm still here! 40 weeks and 2 days. I had an appt yesterday. My doc sent me for a NST bc she's nervous, lol. I'm 6 cm now and no baby yet and a half an hour from the hospital so she's freaked out. Well a few contractions showed up (that I really didn't feel) so she had me walk around for an hour and see if there was any change. Luckily no change and my doc sent me home (even though she didn't want to). Now I have an induction date of March 8th if baby girl doesn't come out by then. : She said she would break my water and let me walk before giving any kind of drugs but I'm still on edge thinking about it! I'm really trying to will this baby out right now. Only thing is my doc is not on call this weekend so if baby comes then I'll have to have a different doc (and I've been through a few of them and do not like most). Who knew after my fast, very easy, drug-free labor with my son (after two unfortunate inductions) I'd be still waiting for this baby to show up. I need to ease my nerves about it all! My biggest problem (although it's a really great thing too) is I don't feel my contractions strongly at all until pushing time so it's easy for me to ignore them which then makes me think I'll be having her at home before my dh or mom can get here or in the car on the way there. Anyway I just wanted to get all that off my chest. No one (well except my mom) understands why I would not want to go to the hospital for an induction when I'm already 6 cm. Thanks for reading if you got this far!

I'm 41 weeks and 3 days. So much for a February baby! I had contractions for over 13 hours yesterday/last night. But as 5 am rolled around, everything just stopped. I'm totally burnt and feel like a fool! I sure hope labour returns because I'm going to run out of time to go for a VBAC. I'm sure I will not be able to go past 43 weeks, even if baby is doing good.

I'm still here and pregnant too! I think I'm 41w 1 day now. DD was born at 41 weeks exactly and I was hoping this little one would follow suit...no such luck! At this point I'm starting to get frustrated! I've already had 2 NST's and am supposed to go in tomorrow for another, when I made the appointment I was so sure I wouldn't make it that far.

41weeks, 6days. I've been "in labor" for about 100+hrs now. My mucus plug started coming out on thursday and has been coming ever since. My contractions seem to be working a shift. No matter my activity level, they start at around 3pm and go through my bedtime, wrapping up with one or two as I wake up in the morning. Then nothing all day until the afternoon again. I guess I'm glad of it, because this is a vbac, so the slow approach is probably helping to protect my scar, and chances are that once this begins in earnest, it will be quick, but I surely would have thought it would happen by now.

I'm 41 weeks today. I always thought I'd go late, and now my husband and I are kicking ourselves for not fibbing a little about the LMP. Our midwife will induce us on March 11 if the baby isn't here yet. Have an appointment tomorrow, so hopefully I can talk her out of that. So I'm getting a tad nervous that the baby won't come before then and I have no desire for an induction at all! That would also mean in the hospital, which is an even bigger thing I'd like to avoid.

But babies come when babies are ready. Hopefully soon .

I'm still here...no signs of labor. I feel fine. I now know that with the next baby I will be telling everyone a due date that is like a month past the real due date.

I am getting kinda bored with being preggo. I was just looking at my cloth diapers and baby clothes. I was even pushing my stoller around the house. I am so excited to give birth and get to meet my baby.

Still here! 41w 1d...pretty impatient!! The calls have started up again and I am having to find something to do to get out of the house every day. Yesterday it was Target for a new nursing friendly nightie, some candy bars, and a gossip magazine! Then Jamba Juice on the way home. Today will be In N OUt burger and the park with my boy. It is much easier to face strangers for some reason right now. If I have to hear "no baby yet?" from another person I know (and who knows I would have called if there was!) I may end up on top of a building picking people off one by one. LOL

I agree with getting bored with being pregnant. I have enjoyed it so much, and haven't really been uncomfortable at all. A little itchy at times. But I'm at the point now were I'm just ready to be done. With an impending induction if the baby doesn't come by 42 weeks, I'm really ready to get the show on the road . Today she is striping my membranes. I'm nervous about this because I hear it hurts a lot and also most important, the risk of waters being broken.

I'm hoping soon, very soon.

wow, that's crazy, we have the same first name, and our due dates were the same! I knew there was another Julie on this ddc and also someone else with the same due date, but I guess I just never put the two together! And we are both still pregnant!

Its not so much that I'm tired of being pregnant. At this point, I can't really remember what its like not to be, so the little annoying things aren't so bad. I just really really really want to do this and have my baby. Its so hard not to second guess myself and believe something is wrong. Especially with the previous c/s I feel like there is something wrong with my body. I've kept a good outlook for so long, but with each passing hour, it gets harder to maintain. Oh, and ditto about the going postal on the people who keep asking about the baby. I've gotten a little sarcastic with a few and downright snappy with one, but that is only going to get worse as time progresses.

#2 41 weeks 2 days (if I had the right due date to begin with).
Tomorrow it is going to be in the 60's so it will be a great time to go on a walk. I hope it get this baby moving...out of me. I am fine with still being preggo really. It is just DH is driving me crazy with "what if something is wrong" and it is because everyone at his work is asking him "what is wrong with your wife and baby" I learned my lesson. Next time everyone is being told a due date that is at least one month past the real due date.
For the past month and a half I have stocked the fridge/freezer/pantrys thinking the baby could be born anytime and then I end up eating everything. So tomorrow since DH get paid we are going to once again stock up on food and I sure hope this is the last time becasue being preggo makes me hungry:

#3, still here. I am 41 weeks and 4 days I think, maybe it's 5. I am having the same issues with other people all wondering what is wrong with the baby. Unfortunately, I have been scheduled for an induction on Monday night if I don't go into labor. I so hoping I do go into labor! I don't want to be in a hospital, let alone with an induction!

Simple Life, why do they want to induce you? Are you or baby having problems? Is baby still moving a lot? I'm just wondering. I never thought I'd be "overdue" so I have just started researcing it in the last couple days. I hope everyones labors start soon. Are there really only 3 of us left? Check out the 40+ weekers club in the March DDC. There are a few March's that are already overdue also.

Because the doctor my midwife works with has a 42 week rule, I never thought to ask because I thought I'd never make 42 weeks. Felt I'd go over, but not 42 weeks . Next time my husband and I are going to fudge on the period date. We are both comfy going to 44 weeks. It's not at all what we want. Personally, I'd be cool with just UCing this time because of all of this, but DH is not there yet, which I respect. His last child (he was married before) was a very traumatic birth for him, which he's still working though. Thankfully with the Bradley classes and his own research and learning, he has seen the little things that lead to it being so much worse than it needed to be, but he's still needing to have a positive birth experience before he handles it himself. I think we are actually tentatively planning a UC next pregnancy.

No problems, besides swelling, and a sometimes elevated bp, but that's only sometimes. Baby is actually more active lately. Actually had a non stress test yesterday and all is well. The nurse was kind of shocked that I was so far along! But said the baby was very happy in there. I actually feel guilty making the baby come before it's ready. We just feel kind of trapped in this rut now. We really like our midwife, but, due to being in Missouri and stuff, her hands are really tied.
