I'm expecting my third baby in Nov. I have supply issues. I didn't nurse my first and I had to really fight to nurse my second. I pumped, took suplements used an SNS and supplemented with formula. My second just stopped nursing a week ago. My milk was drying up a bit, I think from the pregnancy. I do plan to nurse my third, but I'm hoping to pump and store some milk before th baby comes so I'll have it on hand. What herbal supplements are okay to take during pregnancy? Breastmilk can be frozen for 6 months, right?

Any advice would be super appreciated! I want to give my baby as much breastmilk as I can.
