I was wondering what could cause a sudden drop in my milk supply?I have always had more than enough milk, being able to freeze about10 oz a day. However in the last two days my 10 wk old son is always starving. I will nurse him on both sides, which I never did before either, and most of the time he will drink a 4 oz bottle on top of that. I am really worried that my boobs are drying up... Any ideas?

Sounds like a growth spurt, you usually get a few days or so of them wanting to constantly nurse while your supply adjusts up to meet the demand. Just put baby to breast as much as he wants and your body will adjust. There are things like mint, decongestants, lack of sleep (more than usual for a mom of an infant, not the normal lack of sleep), dehydration (but generally has to be more than just mild dehydration) and so on that can cause a drop in supply. Here is a good link at kellymom that may help you out: http://kellymom.com/bf/normal/frequent-nursing/
