so i have been exclusively breastfeeding my twins for almost 12 weeks now .. no bottles... and they have Finally started sleeping about 5 hours... i get 5 or 6 hours from putting themto bed, feed them and change again around 2am and they sleep another 3 hours until feed again and then we are up for the morning. ...

i noticed at 2 am that my breasts were severely engorged because of the length of time... will my supply get messed up by letting them sleep? i really enjoy sleeping again so pls say no lol

Your milk is a supply/demand kind of thing. They will get what they need as long as you allow them to nurse on demand. My DD, now 21 months, never had a consistent sleep or nursing schedule. Sometimes she would go 3-4 hours and I would start to get engorged, but then my supply would adjust. You're a rock star for nursing twins!!!
