Major Pumping Issues - Please Help

I returned to work approximately 3 months ago. Pumping has been challenge. Before I go into detail, let me preface by saying that when I nurse my baby in the evenings, on weekends, during vacations (I've had a week off and other half days in-between) - supply is not an issue. He seems well fed and I can hear him swallowing.

Ever since going back to work, I cannot pump worth anything! Lately, I get 1, maybe 2oz TOTAL with both breasts. Here is everything I have tried and my current routine.

Current:
Pump: Spectra S1 or hospital rented Symphony. Whichever I decide to grab that day.
Time: Every 2.5-3hrs. 3x a work day.
Output: 1-2oz TOTAL
Supplements: Currently on day 2 of trying Cash Cow by Legendairy Milk.

Have Tried:
Pumping every 2hrs: same output, not gain. I do not have my own office to pump, and since an employee came back from leave, it's not possible for me to bother someone every 2hrs. to use theirs. I did this about 1 month.
Supplements: Lactivist by Legendairy, Pump Princess by Legendairy, Liquid Gold by Legendairy, Lactation Plus by Honest Co. MilkFlow packets by UpSpring. I never yielded results with any.
I have tried exclusively using the Symphony - no additional output.
Changing flange size: I have tried 24mm, 21mm, and 19mm. I do believe I have small nipples (but very large breasts). No flange size yielded additional milk.
Pumping overnight: I typically get 3oz-5.5oz pumping once overnight. Lately baby has been wanting to nurse (teething), so unable to night pump. If not night nursing, I pump once or twice if I wake up in time.
I receive new pump parts through insurance monthly.

About me/baby:
I am on Levothyroxine for low thyroid due to previous radiation in that area for unrelated cancer. It is managed. I had no issues getting pregnant and was NOT on Levo / diagnosed with low thyroid at the time. Diagnosis came 8w into pregnancy.
Baby has slept through night since 6w and is currently 6m old. I took a 14w maternity leave.
Baby asleep around 7:30PM, up at 5AM
Period returned week 6. I got a Mirena IUD about 8w (don't really remember, but as soon as allowed by OB)
I have a small freezer stash I have been using to supplement getting through Daycare but it will run out soon.
Baby drinks 2-5oz bottles a day and is at daycare from 8:30AM-4:30PM. I last nurse around 7:15/7:30AM and typically nurse him right when I get home. My pumping schedule at work is typically 9:45/10, 12:30, 3:30.
I have watched videos of baby, but usually do a mix of looking through pics and browsing social media. I do not work during my pump sessions.

Any help or advice you can offer? It truly is a struggle around here... Thanks!

Not going to be helpful, but

I barely got anything when I pumped even tho supply was not an issue, which is why I stopped as soon as my midwife came up with another solution: express milk manually into my sons mouth. I had had a preemie.
