You know your belly is too big when
Your partner gives you his too big clothes, and they are too small on the belly!

Your partner has to repark because he keeps forgetting you aren't as small as before and can't fit between cars like before.

Your dog uses your belly as a steping stool to look out the window

You use your belly to prop your dinner plate.

You know your belly is big when

...your DC can use it as a pillow.

...your animals use it as a seat.

Or when you can't do the dishes without standing on something to get your belly over the sink. I'm loving my thick copy of The Joy of Cooking these days......... DH and I do the dishes together, and my cue that he's ready to start is he get the cookbook out and puts it on the floor in front of the sink.

I know what you're thinking: Why doesn't he wash? Answer: He is the slowest washer in the history of the world.....

When attempting to get out of bed, or even roll over, you must rock first to build momentum.
THis is me!!!!!!!!

Also, my belly is so big, dh uses it as a table when we sit on the couch, so he doesn't have to lean over to the coffee table!

When you maternity undies feel tooooo small! along with all your maternity clothes! I can't even fit into my maternity winter coat anymore! I hate going out and having to try to fit into anything!: that does not look like I'm carrying a sea vessel!

- You have to back up and re-park far enough away from the car beside you to get out of the car, after you *couldn't* squeeze out on your first attempt.

- You've hit your own belly closing the car door (*ouch*)

- when you have to hold onto papers or a napkin while sitting, you can use your belly as a "clipboard" to keep things in place on your shrinking lap.

I am so glad to know it's not just me! I had a melt down the other night when I tryed to put on my largest pair of boots and they didn't fit.

You know your belly got really big when you start looking for a bigger house, because you need a bigger bedroom, because you need a bigger bed, because after you bought that big body pillow for your big belly there isn't any room left for your dh.

When you can wedge your purse/knitting bag straps between your belly & leg and it holds no problem...very convenient when knitting with the ball of yarn in the bag...

Shaving....whassat?

...when you're excited to finally get snow and rush to put snow boots on, only to not be able to bend over to put them on...and no helpers in sight! Sigh...my feet have been sockless for quite some time now, as I'm temporarily living alone for the next 5 weeks and no one to help put 'em on!

True Story!!!! But I love my big 'ol back and belly pillow and couldn't live without it! (tried on vacations and it was horrible!!!) One lady's DH in my childbirth class calls it the second husband. My DH calls it the bedtub because it's so huge....not sure where he's going to sleep when he joins me next month; definitely no room in our borrowed full-size bed! We do have a comfy recliner he can park himself in, I suppose (that's the extent of the furniture here in my temporary digs).
