I am still having hip pain in my right leg. I had really bad hip pain prior to having the baby and it got WORSE after having him. I could barely get out of bed, when I'd get up I would almost fall back down.
I have to go to physical therapy. They found that my pelvis is pinching a nerve. They said it will probably get better when my pelvis gets back to where it should be, but for now I do exercises to minimize the pain. I also sleep with a pillow between or under my legs. Sleeping on my back with a pillow behind my knees helps tremendously too.
