Does anyone else have problem with their sacrum/hip after birth? My right hip doesn't seem to get back into place after opening for childbirth, so now I'm limping badly, can't lift anything and can barely walk. It sucks with having a toddler (like lifting her into a highchair, etc). I almost fell down yesterday, as I stumbled across my dd. It's just my right hip.
Anyone else have this problem?

My physical therapist isn't availbale til Monday of next week and that seems like an eternity to me.

I had continuing hip/pelvic pain after my birth. Chiro adjustments were a great help for me, as was continuing to sleep with a body pillow between my legs. Wish I had better suggestions for you!

I am still having hip pain in my right leg. I had really bad hip pain prior to having the baby and it got WORSE after having him. I could barely get out of bed, when I'd get up I would almost fall back down.

I have to go to physical therapy. They found that my pelvis is pinching a nerve. They said it will probably get better when my pelvis gets back to where it should be, but for now I do exercises to minimize the pain. I also sleep with a pillow between or under my legs. Sleeping on my back with a pillow behind my knees helps tremendously too.
