If you want to have an emergency supply of milk, meat, and eggs, you're going to have to compromise some. Your options for a store of milk would be either have a cow or goat, use dehydrated, or go with canned, evaporated milk. I don't know of any TF friendly canned evaporated milk brands, none that are pastured, organic, or non-homogenized (and, of course, they're not going to be raw by their very nature). Otherwise you can have a small supply of yogurt, kefir, or any cultured dairy, but that will run out quickly if it is not continuously fed more milk. Last of all, there are some kinds of hard cheeses, particularly wax coated, that will keep if you have a cool, dry, and dark place to put them.
Eggs are tougher. Dehydrated eggs do exist, but they are anti-TF because, according to Nourishing Traditions, the dehydration process alters the cholesterol molecules to make them aggressively bad for you. That leaves you with ultra-pasteurized cartons, but I don't know of any that can do without refrigeration, and I've never heard of "canned eggs." Anyone for canned eggs?" scroll down to see it, it's in a gray box on the right hand side.) You can also brine, pickle, or can eggs that have been hardboiled. I suspect that you can literally can cracked eggs, but you'd have to raise the heat very very slowly so they don't "curdle" into scrambled eggs on you, and you'd have to essential pasteurize it and sterilize the container, so we're talking high heat. I'm not sure how they would behave if cooked with after opening, and I don't know how to be certain the eggs are good when you open it again, although I'd throw on wax to protect the seal.
Meat can be preserved by drying, curing, or potting/canning, but they'll all need to be kept in a cool dry place like the hard cheeses.
