If you use glass jars, how do you store them? (stacked?)

How much do you fill them?

What kind of lid do you use? Can you use those plastic storage caps?

Is there ANY kind of safe bag for using sometimes?

i use glass jars or pyrex storage (w/ plastic lids) mainly. occasionally plastic (yogurt containers etc.). i fill the glass 2/3 or 3/4 of the way to allow room for expansion and (hopefully) prevent breaking. no problems so far! (except w/ jars that werent' meant for heating and went from frozen to hot-- oops.) i have stacked the pyrex this time but haven't in the past-- is there a reason you wouldn't do this? i don't know. anyhow, just remember you want the jar to be the same width top to bottom rather than narrower at the top so what went in can come out-- unless you defrost all the way before using. kind of a no brainer maybe, but sometimes i have no brain....
