Anyone else experience this? The past couple of times I've had a raw egg smoothie (a couple months apart) I have had some pretty bad stomach pain. Is this some sort of detox symptom? I don't get any stomach pain when drinking stuff like kombucha or other detoxing foods... Just wondering, thanks!

are you having the whites? the whites are difficult to digest , which may explain your problems.

That happened to me the first time I tried raw egg yolks. I think it might be the sulphur. It didn't bother me after that though.
