i think i finally discovered why my 2 younger children have such awful teeth issues, but my older 3 children never did, despite awful habits.
our diet went in teh toilet. I had 3 kids under 5, and started cutting corners, and buying cheap crap.
DS3's top 4 teeth had rotted out by the time he was 2. We brushed constantly. They told me it was from nursing
with DD2 (baby #5) i was the most cautious person EVER. Xylitol, MI paste, spiffies after EVERY nursing. and it happend AGAIN! she had to have 4 crowns on her top teeth. At least i caught it earlier this time, and she didnt lose those teeth.
but i was reading weston a price. and he was saying that after a few babies, your vitamin stores are gone. THATS the problem!
i've read all of his stuf before, but suddenly, a light bulb went off.
wow. i'm overwhelmed.
so, i want to get cod liver oil and butter oil ASAP. especially for youngest DD who has molars that just came in. and for me too, since we want to TTC after the new year.
i can only afford one of them (cod liver OR butter) right now, until mid- November. which would you get?
and suggestions for cookbooks or websites would be lovely!

thanks!

Cod liver oil! You can get a lot of the benefits of the butter oil from a high quality butter, but it's hard to get the nutrients of CLO anywhere else.
