That does sound good. I did bacon wrapped chicken liver the other day. No sauce or anything, just the bacon wrapped around the liver and a toothpick stuck through, then baked until the bacon was crispy. They were edible, but not terrific. I love bacon, but the liver was very noticeable. I'm also looking for ways to get more liver into at least me. It would be great if I could sneak it into the kids too, but unless you can make it look and taste like a chicken nugget or pizza, I think I may be SOL on that one.
