Hi Ladies!
I have not been on here forever, but I really value your expertise.
Anyone have any experience with how to treat seizures and lack of sleep with TF food and/or homeopathic means?
I think Omega 3s are essential, and I know high fat is good...
I read about vitamin E, but what foods would be high in Vitamin E?
What is the best option for sleeping? I am wary of melatonin since doctors recommend it...
We have been to so many doctors, all to no avail... Any input?

Just have a second, but research ketogenic diets and seizures. I knew a girl who stopped her seizures with it (high fat/protein/no sugar in any form). Same goes for sleep...read Lights Out: Sleep Sugar and Survival.

Blessings.

Very important to have mag checked along with a whole electrolye panel. I did have to take dd in once for seizures, but her case was hyponatremia (sodium) due to prolonged vomiting. Her sodium was 118. We did have her energetic practitioner check her mag afterwards and she had a blockage which we cleared with NAET. Mag is also a calming mineral. We all take concentrace drops by Trace Minerals which are from the sea. It contains all the trace minerals and are heavy in mag.

Aren't you friends with M Kinney, or am I thinking of someone else?
