Has anyone bought the Trader Joe's brand recently? We've been buying their organic whole milk yogurt for the past year or so and have stirred in the cream top, but the last 2 containers I have bought have not had the cream top and have been very uniformly creamy...anyone know if they switched too? :(

I read that Trader Joe's contracts Stoneyfield to make their yogurt, so when Stoneyflied homogenized, of course so did TJ's.

I just thought I would update this post to add that it looks like the change is permanent.

However, Clover Organics recenently introduced a whole milk cream-top yogurt (plain, flavored) and it is wonderful and the kids love it. Tastes like a treat and it is.

So, does anyone know if Brown Cow, since it's owned by Stoneyfield (this was news to me), is going to eliminate the cream top layer as well?  And is it truly cream top, or cream poured on top?  I guess I'll have to do some investigating!

Seven Stars Maple flavor is one of my favs.
