Am I able to give kefir to my 16 month old?

I have been giving her probiotic supplement since birth but I am getting into making kefir and want to start giving her something more natural then lab produced probiotics...

Absolutely. My toddler loves it (now 23mo).

Alicia, wife to an loving and faithful DH, and mama to three fantastic though nutty children (cs, then an HBAC, then a VBAC!!).

my 2.5 yr old loves it as well. I think I've been giving it to him since before 18 mo. I think it makes their taste buds enjoy it more as well, as most of my friends children refuse to drink kefir but all my boys love it! We all drink it plain all the time!
