We use sunflower seeds in a few salads for snacks, etc, and I've been lazy roasted salted sunflower seeds at the store.
I just bought 5 lbs of raw sunflower seeds and trying to figure how best to prep/store them to be used in salads, etc.
Should I soak in salt water and then dry them in the oven or my dehydrator?
Or could I sprout them and then dry them in my oven/dehydrator?
