I am reading Eat Fat Lose Fat again, and seeing the emphasis on bone broths for healing. I'm recovering from adrenal fatigue and depression, and I don't eat soup in the summer. Just can't. So, what can I do to get some good bone broth in?

And I don't eat grains or legumes, either. (Primal diet)

Use it as the base for gravy, or the liquid to cook rice, either in the oven or as Risotto. Or make broth jigglers with extra gelatin.
If you end up with a cool morning, sip a mug full instead of tea. This is a good way to get the extra sea slat in your system to support your adrenals.

I am not a vegetable. I feed myself accordingly love.gif

There are some soups intended to be eaten cold.  I like the cucumber one from NT on a hot day.  Cook veggies in it and then allow all the liquid to boil off or create a glaze.  Put some in a smoothie.  Make it into a gravy to put over your meat.  Use it instead of water a lot of places.
