I've been taking a spoon of Green Pastures FCLO for over a year now, sometimes even two. In January I had some labs done and discovered my vit D level was like 21, which is very low. How could that be? I thought I'm taking the best supplement for that on the market? Should I add some additional vit D3?
Appreciate any advice on this. Thanks!
I did the same thing as you (took FCLO for awhile and figured it would be enough vit D). After my blood test, it showed I was low too. I take both FCLO and Carlson liquid vit D now.
