I recently discovered Vital Choice, an online retailer of line caught, sustainable seafood.  But, the sockeye salmon that I would like to get is over $20 a pound when buying in bulk, skin on, including shipping.  Is it worth it?  Do you buy this and feel it is just great?  Is there another site that sells for cheaper?

Also, what about salmon caviar?  anyone ever tried it, or heard of it being a good food for babies?  Thats what it says on their site

We love their salmon roe. Whole foods carries a wild alaskan roe we enjoy as well. My baby loves it!
