Does anyone have recipes or ideas for some tasty, (I'm thinking cool, but hot drinks might be ok too) refreshing beverages which use real liquid whey (like from cheesemaking) as a main ingredient?

I am sure whey drink recipes must be out there, but I don't actually have any TF cookbooks redface.gif so I thought you folks might have some ideas to share on the matter of using up this gallon of whey in my fridge.

Thanks!

Happy and in love with my family!

There's a fermented lemonade recipe on the Food Renegade blog that uses whey. It's really yummy! I'll be back if I can find a link.

Awesome! I have kind of a ridiculous amount of whey to use up and tablespoon by tablespoon in soaking grains or making lacto ferments is just not going to do it smile.gif Thanks for the link!
