I like it, but I don't know how much to eat. Your thoughts or a source I can read? I didn't find much on my google search. However, I am not the best googler. lol I didn't find quantities.

It's traditionally meant to be a condiment. Probably a small amount to start with, every day, is better than a huge couple of servings every now and then. Try a few tbsp, 1/4 cup with your meat and see how you feel?
We, honestly, eat a ton of it when we have it on hand. My dh, one of my sons, and I at least. DS can eat a cup on his own!
