Would love if anyone would like to share their crockpot recipes! I'm looking for a quick and easy meal that I can come home to. Thanks in advance! :)

The blog Cooking Traditional Foods has some crock-pot recipes here. If you scroll down there's a whole section of crock-pot recipes. We've tried her chicken tortilla soup & it's yummy.

I'm making chili today in my crock pot

**Ack! My chili did not come out well last night! I think the beans did not soak long enough (I know beans will fight the acidic-tomato-y environment sometimes) so I'm going to fine-tune this before posting the recipe. It's come out well a dozen times before! Maybe this was just a fluke!

I love this recipe - although I do spend fifteen minutes straining and reducing the sauce when it's all cooked.

I recently discovered Smitten Kitchen so checked out this link.  Thanks crimsonandclover!  Made it tonight (with the marinated onions and green onion slaw that she recommends).  We all loved it!

Yum! That recipe looks so good - saved it to try!

After my chili fail I am wondering if my Crock Pot is giving me inconsistent results because of unpredictable heating temps. Making some broth last weekend it was acting funny, I thought, sometime keeping a nice simmer, sometimes boiling on low, sometimes not even getting to a simmer. I'm wondering if I need to exchange/ replace it. What brand slow cooker do you use?

Regarding the bean fail, I always parboil my beans before dumping them into crock pot.  It seems to help.

I really really REALLY love this bacon-mushroom-garlic stuffed beef heart.  It stores well in the freezer (I do have to stitch it up with heavy thread to keep it together, but that pulls out easily after cooking) and I pop in into the crock pot still frozen, since I always forget to thaw things.  It just melts in your mouth.  Delicious on top of salad greens.
