I was going to try Kefir because I hear about it all the time here, and had psyched myself up to try it... I went to Giant Eagle, found some, and started reading the label (to make sure it was gluten free) and saw high fructose corn syrup as one of the main ingredients... Seriously?!? Does all kefir have this? I won't eat HFCS, so I put the kefir back... Will I have better luck at Wild Oats or something?

You will definately have better luck at Wild Oats, I don't think they will sell anything with HFCS in it. And make sure it has live cultures in it, which shouldn't be a problem if your getting it at Wild Oats. It's just like yogurt that is sold at the big chain grocers, they have sugar and no live cultures & artificial flavors in it.
