Another thing, too...I keep seeing the name "Dom" mentioned w recipes and in relation to Kefir...anybody got a link?

What are water kefir grains? We make kefir with our goat's milk. A friend uses the same grains to make coconut and almond milk kefir, but has to alternate with real dairy in order to keep the grains going.

HI. I have tons of grains!! But, I have to start charging $7 for postage and the packaging 'cause I ran out of old boxes. I ship priority (2-3 days) and I usually send lots of grains (not dehydrated either!). Just pm me if you want some.

Water kefir grains are translucent and smaller than milk kefir grains, but can be sustained in a mix of sugar, water, dried fruit and such. For juice ferments it is so much better than milk grains.
