I have recently started a new job and directly across the street is a health food store with the most comprehensive yogurt/kefir selection I have ever seen. I've been trying every brand and kind possible. I have become addicted and will sometimes buy two or three at a time and eat them throughout my work day.
Is there any such thing as eating too much of this stuff? I otherwise try to eat balanced, healthy meals...I just eat a LOT of yogurt/kefir.
