fellow foodie mommas- i have a few questions for those of you who use NT on a regular basis. we used to use NT well daily but somewhere btwn DD being 18 months and 2 years old, i lost my NT momentum.
now i'm 3-4 months pregnant w/ #2 and i realized i'm having digestive issues. not morning sickness per say, but just a sour yucky stomach after everytime i eat. i made chicken and beef stock the other day and today made a fabulous NT-style soup for lunch w/ the chicken stock, leftover roast, diakon radish, dinosaur kale, buckwheat noodles and white miso. ta-da! no sour stomach. so i am back on the NT wagon.
i just finished re-reading cover to cover and wanted to know if anyone found any particular dishes really great during pregnancy. i also wanted to ask which superfoods or tonics you might have used while pregnant, why and what you felt they did for you. i never got into the superfoods and tonics before and am now looking into them to help boost my nutrition as i am also still nursing DD #1.
