What do all you NT fans do for supplements when you get pregnant? I've been taking:

organic dehydrated liver pills (1 oz. per day total)
1 Tablespoon CLO (Carlson brand)
1/2 tsp. or so High Vitamin Butter oil.

I have just quit taking some supplements my chiro gave me, because even though they are supposedly safe for pregnancy, I don't know if I trust them.

I was taking "organic organ delight" mixture of various organs (dehydrated) but then I decided it seemed weird. I only took it about 4 times.

I have not been taking prenatal vitamins, but I was getting folic acid and tons of B vitamins, etc. in my supplements, which I just quit taking. I can't decide if I should take prenatal vitamins, and if so, which ones?

About every-other day I've been taking Floradix Iron & Herbs (1/2 a dose, I think) because I usually have low iron.

Oh, I should mention I'm also nursing.

Any tips?

Thanks
