I was ready through the Smoothies thread & saw that a lot of people use kefiir as a base, but I have no idea what that is??!?!? Am I the only person in the world who hasn't heard of kefir?
What is it, what does it taste like, and where do I get it?
Also, a poster wrote they add rosewater to their smoothies. Is this for taste, or for nutritional reasons?
