I think she is just enjoying all her NT foods. Or trying to catch up on her NT tasks. Or hiding from us, cause she doesn't want to admit how much raw milk she actually drank once she figured out how good it was!

Ok I JUST now saw this!

Almost everytime I try to post lately or even read anything the board is down or the server is too busy.

I am still alive. I am not exactly drinking the milk though... I really dislike drinking milk period... always have. But I have been enjoying the cream, the whey and the sour cream from "my" dairy. And I hope pretty soon to get some of the dairy kefir grains (when my spot on the list comes up) to try.

My oldest son however thinks it is the best thing he has ever had and would probably down a gallon a day by himself!!! : Since my cow share comes with only one gallon a week........it's getting tricky! I guess I will just have to pay for more!

One of the ladies makes raw ice cream and sells it through the dairy... I am going to try my hand at making it myself first.

And I do have a yogurt maker I need to dust off... and I am going to try making cream cheese.

And the dairy makes cheeses so I am going to order some of those next.

So I may not be drinking it exactly... but I am trying to consume it.

Resistance is futile Matey

You're back! Glad you are enjoying your milk. Homemade raw ice cream is SOOOOO good. I am completely addicted to it. And please don't get me started on the yogurt and cream cheese. I might not stop for awhile. It's very good! It doesn't last too long in my house.

We don't drink much milk, either, but everything else, well, that's a different story!

I'm looking forward to hearing about your adventures in raw milk.
