Has anyone had any success in healing their vision troubles?? I've looked into various methods, but never had the conviction of "this is the one." Plus I think it's at least 50% nutrition... if not more. Eye exercises and emotional healing and all that is definitely important - but what about the food???

Anybody???

I'd so love to fix my vision or at least make it better. It's funny, I haven't quite decided whether or not the WAP diet is it for me or not....but I was raised vegan, lots of potatoes - and not a whole lot of supplements. In fact next to none (not a lot of awareness about that back then)...plenty of herbs, but not sure if they were too effective. My vision went from 20/15 to about what it is today at 20/80 in *one month* when I was 14... I'm thinking maybe lack of vit. a and d catching up with me combined with the emotions of being a teenager...????

Thanks,
Sarah

I don't know if you can fix vision .. but night blindness is certainly reversed by vitamin A so obviously it's doing something.
