I had a nice sourdough starter going and went to make some bread last night. Accidently I forgot to replenish my starter untill after I had added the extra flour, water, salt and baking soda. (after the sponge phase) I had more dough than I needed so I put some of this mix back into a container and into the fridge. Is it okay to use this as my starter now? Or do I need to start all over again?
