Is this a sign I should avoid it? I've always had clear but somewhat dry skin. Now whenever I eat EVCO, even a small amount, I get blemishes - usually just one or two at a time, but still, I'm not used to having any at all. Part of me thinks that it could be detoxifying or that the EVCO is making my skin more oily and prone to break outs. I just don't know. If I continue eating the EVCO, is there a natural product I could use to help the blemishes?
Thanks,

Kim

I would say that if you can stand it, stick with it for two weeks and see if it's your body detoxifying. Many people report similar symptoms. For breakouts, I have much less since changing my diet, but do use tea tree oil on them. The other thing that might help is taking or upping your intake of CLO.

I'm sure other will have input?

I'd vote die off. For the blemishes you could do either tea tree oil, or tamanu oil. If I'm detoxing and break out (which actually doesn't happen anymore-yay!) I do a pascalite mask and then apply tamanu oil. It takes no time at all for them to clear. Tamanu oil regenerates new skin cells. It's great for blemishes and even old scars.

Thank you for the info on what to put on these blemishes! Once I get some tamanu and tea tree oil, I won't be so hesitant to eat the CO.
