My attempts today failed. Anyone have luck creating TF cheese dip?

What kind of cheese did you use? Have you looked into fondue recipes? Using some kind of cheese that is really good at melting?

I just used a raw colby as that is the only mild cheese we buy and the sauce was for dd who doesn't like sharp flavors. I'll look at fondue recipes - thanks!

You might want to look into Fontina cheese. i believe I read somewhere it was made with unpasturized milk. But never know if all brands are made that way or not. Have fun. And post if you come up with a good one
