Never posted anywhere else so maybe this should be in another forum but I trust you all and don't always trust advice of those not doing TF. I've dramatically changed everything in my diet. No sugar since April 2007, of course raw milk and good oils for about 2 years, chicken stock every day. Christmas day I had my last bowl of soaked oatmeal and have also stopped all flour products. I see only minor differences in my regularity and I should be losing tons of weight! I lost 40 lbs between April and August and then have been on a plateau and pretty sure it's colon issues since I'm not regular. Any ideas? I do kefir (not daily yet just because forget to). I also have EFLF and am taking 2 tbs of CO 3 times a day. I'm wondering if some over the counter colon cleanse would help but I want it to be all natural so it starts a good reaction and doesn't cause irritation. I do have prune juice that I've thought of taking 3 times daily and just haven't done it. I have a lot of weight to lose so I'm really frustrated by this plateau. Not frustrated enough though to have started exercising!
