I have some High Country kombucha (I like it so much better than GTs, but it's more expensive and a lot harder to find). It's been sitting opened in my refrigerator for, um, probably a few months. It still smells and tastes ok, but the bottle has this little statement on it saying to drink it within 4 days of opening it.

WWYD? How would I tell if it's gone bad?

I found this website with quite a bit of info. I believe, that since it's fermented, it should last for awhile. It will just get stronger and possibly more vinegar-y with time. I've left mine in the fridge for a few weeks after opening and after leaving in a hot car and it was still fine. I suppose it's up to your preference!
