I'm sorry that I can't give you a good number either. But I do think it's very individual. Dd and I both need a fair amount of protein most days to function, while my dh (who had allergies to meat as a child) does better with lower protein higher carb diet. I notice with both dd and I that if we get plenty of fat, we don't seem to need as much protein.
From some of your recent posts, I get the sense that you're not able to trust your dd's lead on what she is eating because her gut health is compromised? That is really difficult. If it were my dd, I would continue to offer safe protein containing foods as often as you can, and allow her to choose when to eat them. Unless she were showing signs of deficiency, in which case I'm not sure what I'd do . . . probably consult with a naturopath or nutritionist or a doc or something. Sorry, that wasn't very useful.
