I don't know for sure- I just buy it and it never stays around here longer than a day or two!
But- my brother makes amazing pickled shrimp, packed in lots of brine, and while WE neve keep it longer than a few weeks, he has friends who've kept it in the fridge and eaten it at least six months later.
Good luck finding out from someone who really knows, though!
