I came across an ad for these Vitamin Code vitamins from Garden of Life and looked on their website. Here it is http://www.thevitamincode.com/?utm_s...TheVitaminCode

Is this the same way that they "grow" the B vitamins on nutritional yeast?

So is there some truth to these vitamins being raw and more bioavailable?

~looking at the ingredients of the Vitamin Code vitamins it say they have niamicide for B3 isn't that aritificial?

Nobody?

I was hoping to get some feedback from you smart mamas!

It's hard to get a good variety of organic fruits and vegis where I live geographically so I'm always on the search for a good multi that's from whole foods, gluten, soy, and filler free.

Anyone had any experience with these multis?

TIA
