I've had a bottle of this sitting in the pantry just cuz one of the NT recipes called for it but have only used it once...such a waste. Can I make some kind of jello-like snack from it?

I add mine to lots of things that are a sauce or a liquid. I add it to beef stew, to chili. I also add extra gelatin and sea salt to my chicken broth, and then drink it like a tea.

I was going to say the same things.
I have never used it in jello, but its my understanding that you can, it wont give off the "beef" taste.

yes! I've made a delicious Thai-style coconut gelatin dessert that I adapted from a recipe on the web (just google that description), substituting rapadura for sugar. I think you could make any sort of jello-dessert with it, it's very neutral.
