i looked through it at my MIl over thanksgiving.
it inspired me to think more about making some raw changes in our diet here.... DH loves his food cooked, so it will be minimal. like once a week or so.
i like how she adressed all kids of issues especially pregnancy and breastfeeding as i am currently both.
other than that some parts seemed simple (the recipes) other parts kind of difficult and hard to follow (she had different plans for where you were in life, what your goals are and how raw you plan to become) A little to restrcitive and orderly for my life, but some may like that clear of a plan.
