I have been raw for 4-5 months and feel great Dh is thinking about trying it, but he is very allergic to nuts. Are there any un-cook books out there that do not use nuts? Thank you!

i am allergic to walnuts and some other nuts and this to me is one of the drawbacks of raw veg food, even though i love it.

Dr. Doug Graham's 80-10-10 Diet is a well-known program that doesn't really advocate the use of nuts. Not lots of recipes, really, mostly fruit...tender greens and the sparing use of plant fats.
