I make some killer vegan enchiladas but the sauce that comes in the can has msg and other yucky stuff.

Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe?

I use the Pantry Mole Rojo from Vegan Brunch as an enchilada sauce.

I've done this sauce quite a few times - simple and tasty (probably with fewer peppers and canned tomatoes most often). And this pumpkin enchilada sauce is pretty good too.

(other link looks really yum though )
