We order from Azure Standard a few times a year, and our order typically comes in on Sundays. Come to find out that the driver came a day early (because of the Thanksgiving holiday) and our Azure contact didn't have our current phone number to inform us of this change. Our Azure contact person took our stuff home with her last night and left it in the back of her van for about 24-hrs. It got to 80-degrees today. Most of the items were fine, but there are a few items that I am wondering if the integrity is ruined --

Follow Your Heart Vegenaise - It's egg-free and dairy-free but the container states "Keep Refrigerated." Because it was room temp when we got it home tonight, will the taste, consistency, etc be changed because of teh temp variation?

Tempeh - Should have been kept refrigerated or frozen (it comes initially frozen from Azure Standard). Can you refreeze tempeh without any "side effects"?

Raw Sauerkraut - This is a live, perishable food in a jar. It was room temp when we brought it home. Why does raw sauerkraut need to be refrigerated? Will we get sick if we eat it?

Thanks for any info!
