I've just got a query I wanted input on.
I've been reading a book that recomendspregant vegans get 4 20g serving of protien and pregant non vegans 3 20g servings.
They don't explain why but I'm asumming they think that all pregant women need 80g of protien but that non vegans are likley to get 20g in smaller amounts incidently with other food but this is not true for non vegans.
This makes sense to me. What does anyone else think?
Missing my dh everyday and hoping there is a brighter future for me out there
