I am going back to vegetarianism again and I want to make sure my family are eating lots of real foods. They will eat meat a couple times a week. I will just fix some they can have as a side dish to their food. I have some fake meat type stuff to keep them happy but i don't want to rely on it too much. I eat eggs and dairy.

I have all manner of beans, grains, mung beans for sprouting, tvp, a few nuts, sesame seeds, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spices, baking products, oils, sweeteners, yeast, etc.

I have canned tomatoes, marinara sauce, coconut and coconut milk, butter, etc

I have several kinds of cheese, organic local milk, yogurt, pastured eggs from a trusted source, cream cheese, feta

I have smart grounds in beef style and sausage style

 For produce I have:

onions

garlic

green pepper

poblano peppers

okra

carrots

leeks

celery

romaine

collards

cucumbers

tons of strawberries

oranges

tangerines

apples

pears

nectarines

grapefruit

kiwi (might be gone past their prime)

1 giant two pound golden beet

spinach

pears

potatoes

sweet potatoes

I have frozen blueberries, broccoli, corn, green beans, mixed veggies

I have tons of pasta

All manners of condiments and sauces

I need to figure out what we are going to eat for the next 2 weeks! Any ideas?

With the spinach, potatoes, onion, some coconut milk, and maybe some lentils, you can make a really nice curry. I see the makings of an awesome taco salad with beans and rajas.

If you've got a bunch of strawberries, you can actually make a really tasty pasta sauce out of them - olive oil, garlic, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Sounds crazy, but it is AMAZING.

You might have what you need for this: http://catnip13.blogspot.com/2010/11/black-bean-sweet-potato-enchilada.html

Or a black bean and corn soup?
