Hi there mamas
I have been searching for awhile on the internet and here in previous threads. I didn't see too much info. about sunflower oil, which is currently what I use for baking and sauteing. I am under the impression that sunflower oil has a fairly high smoking point, making it appropriate for these uses. Also, I have noticed that many healthy baked goods that I buy list sunflower oil as an ingredient.
I was wondering if other people are using sunflower oil. I use organic unrefined for my baking and sauteing. Anyone know if I should be? There is so much info. out there... I didn't see too many posts here about sunflower oil.
